I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
For several months I did not do any exercises, I just ran, so I missed it. I made myself an exercise plan for a week, today I worked out for an hour. I have been doing fitness online for a year, I have a lot of workouts recorded and saved on the computer, now I am resuming my workouts again.
